Cannon Beach and Seaside,

Getting There
Cannon Beach and Seaside are located on Highway 101 in Oregon and easily accessible by car. The easiest option is to fly into Portland airport (PDX), though you can also fly into Seattle (SEA). From there, you'll need to rent a car and drive to the coast.
From Seattle:
The faster route: take I-5 South to Portland. In Portland, take Rt. 24 West to Cannon Beach. Estimated Time: ~4 hours
The "Scenic" Route: Take I-5 South to Highway 101 South. Keep going until you get to Seaside (Cannon Beach is about 8 miles farther South). Estimated Time: ~5.5 hours (and it's not that scenic)
From Portland:
Rt. 24 West to Cannon Beach. Estimated Time: ~1.5 hours
